A one day conference filled with powerful talks about paranormal activities, UFO's, Aliens & Metaphysics; along with unique vendors, authors & special guests.
No videography allowed and limited photography is allowed for this event. Cash or PayPal only please, we will not accept checks.

This is a small scale convention with around 350 attendees.
Vendor Hours 10am-6pm

Load In: Saturday 6:30am - 9:30am.
​
There will not be Friday for load in times for this event as the venue has Friday night dances.
$15 Bring your own table discount
Due to the nature of this venue, we will be renting the needed rectangular tables through a 3rd party vendor. If you have your own 6' table that you would like to bring, please be sure to select the option in the sign up form to save $15 by bringing your own table.

Artist / Author table $50
6'x5' total space, includes rental of (1) 6' table, rental of (2) chairs & 2 badges.
For products that are handmade, handpainted, or handcrafted directly by the seller.

Artist/ Author Booth Space $100
10'x10' total space, includes rental of (1) table (may be 6' or 8'), rental of (2) chairs & 2 badges.
For products that are handmade, handpainted, or handcrafted directly by the seller.

Commercial Vendor table $65
6'x5' total space, includes rental of (1) 6' table, rental of (2) chairs & 2 badges.
For products that are not handmade, or not created by seller

Extra Vendor badges: $10/ each. Total vendor badges limited to 4/vendor.

There will not be pipe and draping ; please bring your own if desired
Tents are allowed as long as they fit inside your booth space (this includes bottom of tent legs)

About us

Nexus9 LLC is an event organizing group based in Fort Myers, FL. Our other events are the science fiction comic con, SWFL SpaceCon & the steampunk & fantasy con, SWFL SteamCon.

After our 1st annual SWFL SpaceCon, Dr. Phyllis Csaszar, PhD, FFSC, reached out to us in June of 2017 and asked us about branching out to host a UFO conference. Dr. Phyllis served as an advisor and planning assistant for this conference in the past. Morgan B & John H have also assisted with advice & planning for this conference & we would like to thank them again for joining us in this adventure!
